In late 2023, Drew Disney, a transmission engineer with extensive experience in LiDAR data application, recognized a significant gap in the industry: the absence of a true leader. He cast a vision to become a service provider with a profound understanding of the “why” behind gathering accurate and high-quality data.

Supported by his wife, Ali, Drew shared this vision with longtime friends Jimmy and Carol Geryk, themselves experienced entrepreneurs in the oil and gas sector. Together, they embarked on a journey to build a company that proves its value in engineering, surveying, and construction. They named the company Top Flight DSP.

Grounded in their Christian faith and their belief in American grit and work ethic, Top Flight has flourished. Thanks to their national strategic partnerships, the team provides a wide range of turnkey drone and surveying solutions that lay the groundwork for any project. As of 2024, Top Flight is proud to be a female-majority owned and operated company, a rarity in the drone and surveying industries.
